The Euro Topguard is often referred to as a birdguard or a rainguard. It has the primary goal of keeping birds from nesting in the chimney. It also aids in the fight against rain coming down your flue. As a result of this, a birdguard is a very common sight on roof tops over the country. Having a birdguard also prevents other chimney problems, such as debris entering your flue.

Available in both mild steel and stainless steel. Mild steel comes with durable zinc plated and a powder coat finish. Stainless steel is available in a natural or painted finish. The Euro Topguard is suitable for solid fuel, gas and oil appliances. There is a choice in size as well. These are available in standard height (200mm) or low profile (150mm). The latter offers enhanced rain protection.

The Euro Topguard birdguard can be used in conjunction with the Euro Twinwall Flue Adaptor and the Euro Pot Hanger Adaptor, these items can be purchased separately or as an assembled unit. Suitable for flues from 125mm to 250mm. These chimney cowls can be fixed to the chimney pot with jubilee band & straps or a hook bolt kit.

The Euro Topguard complies with BS5871 Terminals up to 250mm.
